Keep your actual dimensions.

Each seating run uses the nearest named seating-size price. Exact halfway points use the larger size; your requested dimensions stay unchanged. The square-corner calculation includes the corner and a £200 arrangement allowance.

We can make larger joined sections. Each section above 2.4 metres needs a personal quote; the overall size of a corner can be larger.

Before you measure

A corner needs room for a seat on both sides.

An outside run includes an arm, the square corner and the seating beside it. Around 65″ or more is normally needed to leave a useful seat; the exact minimum depends on your design and depth.

Minimum outside run = model arm + selected depth + 21″ of seating. At 36″ depth, an 8″ arm gives a 65″ minimum; an 11″ arm gives 68″. Your planner shows the minimum for your choices.
