Two ways to recline.

Variable Pitch

More control over your position: two motors let you adjust the seat tilt and backrest independently. A four-button control operates the movements.

CZ · Cloud Zero

A simpler two-button reclining control. Cloud Zero is designed to give a relaxed, “floating” feel in its fully reclined position.

Both are powered recliners, with a guide addition of £450 per mechanism. We confirm the seat width, fitting, controls, space to open and availability for your sofa. Variable Pitch lead time is checked as a special-order option; CZ stock is also checked before ordering.

Seat sizes and space to recline

Variable Pitch has compatible cushion widths in the planner. CZ and “Help me choose” keep your requested measurements for us to check. Neither option promises a particular wall clearance: the room needed depends on the finished sofa.

Our Suprema Advantage Variable Pitch mechanism comes in set widths. Archer’s finished cushion is 1½″ wider than the catalogue width. The planner shows its compatible cushion choices and resulting sofa dimensions. CZ cushion widths are confirmed separately with us.
